You know, I was trying to be a polite house guest by asking you nicely to open the door so I could go raid your fridge and steal all your nommilicious lettuce.
… but no, you couldn’t acquiesce to my super duper tiny request. So now I’m taking matters into my own hands. And now, I’m not going to stop at the lettuce. I hope you have a Costco card, because you’re about to need a whole new supply of groceries.
On the one hand, the person who decided to hide these kitties’ noms inside of tubes is a terrible, evil person.
On the other hand, the result of his/her practical joke is this adorable video of Pallas-Nom hide ‘n seek, so in that sense, the prankster has really done a service to us all. Anything involving Pallas Cats playing is a big, big win in my book.

The toad I share my terrarium with told me that there’s a chocolate truffle at the center of every apple, but I can’t get a good grip with my fins.
I tried to grab it for an hour, but then I came up with a better idea… I am going to gnaw my way to that truffle. And when I do, it will be absolutely delicious.

Mummy and Daddy taunt us with our food whenever we’ve been bad and it’s just not right! We have told them before that we don’t appreciate this kind of punishment but they find it just hilarious. Looking into their eyes, all I see is evil. Why oh why did we have to go and get in trouble again just before dinnertime??

Okay, so it was a good experiment… but I think from now on I’m just going to let momma cook breakfast for me. Give me a pot roast, a prime rib, or even a bag of pasta, and I can do totally magical things… but pancakes are just beyond me.
